Street & Seam is a Sri Lankan clothing label making everyday streetwear — oversized tees, tanks, and essentials cut for the climate we actually live in. Fabric first, fit second, hype never.

2. How do I place an order?

Add what you want to your cart and check out on the site. If you'd rather talk it through — sizing, stock, a bulk order — email us at streetnseamofficial@gmail.com and we'll sort it.

3. Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Colombo and suburbs usually land faster than outstation; you'll see the estimate at checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?

Typically 3 working days for Colombo and Y for outstation. We'll send tracking once your parcel is dispatched.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it — email us with your order number. After that we've usually started packing, and once it's packed we can't pull it back.

7. Can I change my size or address after ordering?

Email us fast. If the parcel hasn't been packed we'll fix it. Once it's dispatched to an incorrect address, any redelivery charge is on the courier's terms, so double-check your details before you check out.

8. What if the size doesn't fit?

You have 21 days from delivery to request a return. The item has to come back unworn, unwashed, tags on, in its original packaging. Email us and we'll send the return instructions — don't post anything back before that or we can't accept it.

9. How do exchanges work?

Fastest route: return the item, and once the return is accepted, place a fresh order for the size or colour you want. That way you're not waiting on stock that might move.

10. What can't be returned?

Sale and offer items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, ask us before you send it.

11. My order arrived damaged, wrong, or incomplete. What now?

Open your parcel and check it the day it arrives. Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or another fix.

12. When do I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days — your bank may take a few days more to show it.

13. Do you have a physical store?

Online only for now — every order ships direct. Follow us for pop-ups and market dates.
